About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Engineer to join our team at Englobe. As a key member of our water resources group, you will be responsible for managing projects, contract administration, construction management, and design engineering.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Administer contracts, negotiate with clients, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technologists, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Prepare planning reports, design drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Perform construction administration and general construction supervision duties.
- Work closely with clients to ensure their project objectives are met.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited university.
- Registration with APEGA as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting engineering, including project design, management, construction supervision, and project management.
- Self-motivated, with good leadership, project, and client management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety.
