Job Description

Canada Post Corp is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Post Office Assistant. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell postal products and services to businesses and individuals, providing expert advice and guidance to meet their needs.
  • Mail and Package Processing: Sort, distribute, and process mail and packages into appropriate classifications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move freely throughout the store.
