About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team at Victory Homes Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HR function and providing strategic guidance to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
