About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Mezza Lebanese Kitchen (Penhorn) as a Culinary Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our kitchen staff in the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
  • Help with food presentation, including plating and garnishing dishes.
  • Support kitchen staff with cleaning and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
