**JOB DISCRIPTOR**: Kitchen Porter

**Summary of Position**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Support the production kitchen with packing of food items and food prep**:

- **Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment**:

- **Operate an industrial dishwasher safely and rapidly**:

- **Wash various kitchen items by hand as needed**:

- **Return clean & dry dishes and supplies to proper storage area’s**:

- **Strength and stamina required to lift loads and empty/clean all trash receptacles.**:

- **Always follow sanitation policies to maintain a clean and safe work environment**:

- **Commitment to all around cleanliness, including dishwashing and dish storage areas**:

- **Basic janitorial skills to clean up spills, change garbage’s, sweep and mop floors**:

- **Complete daily general opening and closing checklist duties**:

- **Support the Kitchen team and other staff as needed**

- Is comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- Is comfortable reaching, bending, and lifting upto 50 lbs. when required

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
