About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation and Cleaning: Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
  • Supply Replenishment: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, ensuring that our guests have everything they need to enjoy their dining experience.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and maintain the equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
