Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Indirect Sourcing team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for providing analytical and project management support to sourcing leadership and assisting with category management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement vendor management and compliance programs, including SLAs and pricing for products and services.
  • Execute category management and sourcing analytics, analyzing market trends, assessing supplier performance, and evaluating the impact of external factors on procurement.
  • Provide project support and communication to category leaders, including project tracking and meeting minutes.
  • Develop and present analysis to Procurement and Business leadership to obtain approval to award business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Management, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 1+ years of professional experience in Sourcing & Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Analytics, or Management Consulting.
  • Strong analytical ability, strategic thinking, and ability to learn and process new information quickly.
  • Ability to capture, analyze, and summarize large data sets.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks without direct supervision and pay attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time for supplier presentations, site visits, and key department meetings.
