Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

SARABHA TRANSPORT LTD is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and adjust routes based on changing conditions to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Load and unload goods, and oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, and maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Relay information to central dispatch and receive and relay information to central dispatch.
Requirements:
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Accident or incident reports, driver logbook, inspection report, trans-border documentation, and trip reports.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, reliability, team player, and hardworking attitude.
