Job Summary

Déneigement Marco Leclerc inc. is seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as a Snow Removal Laborer. This seasonal position requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Winter Maintenance: Assist in the removal of snow and ice from walkways, parking areas, and streets.
  • Snow and Ice Control: Spread sand or salt to control snow and ice on walkways and parking areas.
  • Debris Removal: Clean debris from streets, sidewalks, and building grounds.
  • Heavy Lifting: Load snow and debris into trucks.
Requirements
  • Education: No formal education required.
  • Experience: Previous experience preferred.
Physical Demands
  • Physical Ability: Handle heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Mobility: Bending, crouching, kneeling required.
Personal Qualities
  • Reliability: Ability to work well in a team and maintain a high level of reliability.
Work Environment
  • Seasonal Position: This is a seasonal position with full-time hours of 40 hours per week.
