Key Responsibilities
  • Spread sand or salt on sidewalks and other areas to control snow and ice
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways, parking areas, and other designated zones
  • Sweep debris and remove snow from streets, sidewalks, building grounds, and other areas, loading snow and debris into carts or trucks
Work Environment and Conditions
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure safe working conditions
  • Perform repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads and working in physically demanding conditions
  • Work in various weather conditions, including extreme cold and snow
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Reliability and ability to work independently
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing weather conditions
  • Proficiency in English or French, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
