  6. Prepare financial plans and cost projections.
  7. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  8. Maintain documentation regarding inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  9. Compile and present reports.
  10. Summarize food orders for the chef.
  11. Possess knowledge of the establishment's culinary styles.
  12. Organize work schedules for staff.
