**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Specialist to join our team at Resolution. As a key member of our private family law team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients in a variety of family law matters.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Providing expert advice and support to clients in divorce, financial proceedings, private children act proceedings, nuptial agreements, and unmarried couples/cohabitation work, including Schedule 1 and NCDR.
  • Assisting in the preparation and presentation of court documents and other legal papers.
  • Working closely with our partners and other fee earners to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in family law and ensuring that our services are delivered in accordance with the latest developments.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 0-2 years PQE in private family law.
  • Excellent administration, time keeping, and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and LEAP (desirable but not necessary).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident and professional manner, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
