Aviva Canada is seeking a talented Insurance Advisor to join its Direct Channel team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing insurance solutions to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Quote and sell insurance home and auto policies
- Assist new customers with their insurance needs
- Service existing customers by updating policies to meet their changing needs
- Drive customer retention by providing exceptional customer experiences
- Underwrite new business, policy endorsements, and renewals
Requirements:
- College diploma or university degree
- Sales and customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused with ability to match products to customer needs
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize work
- Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software applications
- Insurance sales/service underwriting experience an asset
- Bilingual (English and French)
