Job Title: Clinical Services Program Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Clinical Services Program Operations Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of clinical services programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical services programs, including strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure program alignment and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including healthcare organizations and community groups.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, making recommendations for improvement and change.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or public health.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical services program management, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations for improvement and change.
