Position Overview

Northern Green Canada is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products and processes. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence and compliance.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a relevant field
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct or assist in testing air and water quality to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Compile and maintain records for analytical studies to support quality assurance efforts.
  • Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to uphold product integrity.
  • Utilize MS Office tools effectively for documentation and reporting.
  • Assist in the development of sampling and analysis programs to uphold quality benchmarks.
  • Support the establishment of health and safety standards within the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of chemical engineering processes and participate in procurement, construction, inspection, and maintenance activities.
  • Compile and interpret experimental or analytical results to inform decision-making.
  • Design and execute programs for sampling and analysis.
  • Facilitate safety training programs to promote a safe working environment.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Work Experience
  • Experience in quality assurance and control is essential.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.
