Accounting Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Pro Star Truck Lube &Wash Inc. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
  • MS Excel: Proficient in MS Excel, with the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess excellent attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently perform tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
