Job Title: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team at GAOGroup Inc. The ideal candidate will have expertise in website design and prototyping using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or any other relevant design software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Design high-converting website layouts and interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and SEO-friendly.
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or any other design tool you are proficient in.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, aligning with both mobile and desktop user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to continually improve the website's design and functionality.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX, SEO, and web design trends, techniques, and best practices.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Optimize designs for speed, accessibility, and search engine performance (SEO).
  • Iterate designs based on feedback, A/B testing, and project goals.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a portfolio showcasing high-converting, SEO-friendly web design projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or any other design tools is required.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with responsive design and designing for mobile-first platforms.
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
  • Ability to solve complex design problems creatively and effectively.
