We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server to join our team at 7583118 Manitoba Ltd. as a Food and Beverage Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Order Taking and Management: Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Payment and Cash Handling: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings, balancing cash and recording sales.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Teamwork: Assist clients/guests with special needs, work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service, and demonstrate a client-focused and organized approach.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, reliability, and team player.
