About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at GATCO GROUP INC. as a key member of our facilities management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to cleaning staff, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Task Management: Coordinate and prioritize cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas of the facility are maintained to a high standard.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve cleaning processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that cleaning needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Work Environment: The successful candidate will be working in a dirty environment and must be comfortable with this.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires the ability to work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and handle heavy loads.
