About the Team:
The Learning & Development (L&D) team collaborates closely with executive leadership, business leaders, and HR partners to assess training needs and create impactful educational programs for our consultants.
About the Role:
As an L&D Specialist, you will embody five essential competencies: assessing, designing, developing, delivering, and refining training content. This position requires proactive management of the complete delivery process for several key training initiatives. You will liaise with significant stakeholders to update and advance L&D projects that align with our strategic objectives. Additionally, you will connect with the global learning team to adopt best practices and ensure alignment with our cultural values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable training programs on core consulting, sales, leadership, and management topics through both in-person and virtual formats.
- Continuously evaluate, review, and enhance existing training programs to ensure alignment with business strategies.
- Proactively address project, design, or resource challenges.
- Provide exceptional program and project management support.
- Encourage a blended learning environment utilizing LMS, video content, and learning resources.
- Promote social learning through initiatives like lunch and learns, hackathons, and interactive virtual tools.
- Assess training effectiveness and generate analytics to guide program improvements.
- Manage relationships with external training vendors.
- Facilitate instructor-led training sessions, both in-person and virtually, focusing on soft skills.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with subject matter experts across the organization.
- Engage with senior business leaders on learning initiatives, leveraging their expertise and empowering them as advocates.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven success in a Learning and Development role, with experience in training design, development, delivery, and facilitation.
- Extensive program and project management experience.
- Ability to evaluate, prioritize, escalate, and resolve issues in high-pressure environments.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a capacity to navigate ambiguity.
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellence in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with virtual learning tools, such as Cornerstone LMS, Beekast, Slido, MURAL, and MS Teams, is advantageous.
- Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders.
