Job Title: Education Operations Manager

The Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) is seeking a highly skilled Education Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Education department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of our education courses, including overseeing the activities of the education operations staff associated with internally developed programming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of a team of Education Operations Coordinators, under the guidance and support of the Director, Learning & Program Development.
  • Participate in divisional budgeting exercises and maintain appropriate financial data and analysis.
  • Oversee the date-setting process for all courses, in collaboration with senior Education team colleagues and the Marketing department.
  • Manage and QA of the LMS (Brightspace) course portals, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for our members.
  • Track and monitor course revenues and expenses, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Work with senior Education colleagues to maintain an environment of continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
  • Provide leadership for aspects of strategic education operations projects as required.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience overseeing executive education delivery in an LMS-enabled environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in both English and French an asset.
  • Proven ability in developing relationships with C-suite executives and volunteers.
  • Event planning and management experience.
  • Excellent project planning and monitoring skills.
  • Comfortable dealing with statistics, metrics, and analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products.
  • Proficiency with iMIS or related database software an asset.
  • Completion of a post-secondary program in business, marketing, or related discipline.
