About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at AP Immigration & Employment Services LTD. as a key member of our staffing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure optimal workforce planning.
    • Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and experience.
    • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
    • Review candidate inventories to ensure the best fit for the role.
    • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to fill staffing gaps.
    • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
    • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate termination of employment processes.
    • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to enhance skills and productivity.
    • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties to maintain accurate records.
    • Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the organization.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
    • Work Environment

    • Computer and Technology Knowledge
      • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
