Job Title: Meat Associate at Walmart Canada

As a Meat Associate at Walmart Canada, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the retail industry while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a clean and organized store environment by zoning the department.
  • Rotate stock and check for expired products to maintain high-quality merchandise.
  • Verify that merchandise is properly signed and priced to meet customer expectations.
  • Adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, food handling, and product rotation.
  • Take orders for Deli Department merchandise and provide requested assistance to customers.
  • Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
  • Prepare deli food orders, meat, cheese, and other items using slicers, stackers, and other utensils.
  • Follow Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
