Job Title: Grounds Superintendent

Location: Western Ontario (domiciled in Brantford)

Pay: $70,000 Annually

  • Benefits after 3 months

Job Duties:

Our Grounds Superintendent will oversee the maintenance of our commercial properties, ensuring that our crews work efficiently and effectively to deliver high-quality results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple commercial sites throughout the Brantford to London area
  • Overseeing grounds-keeping crews to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Coordinating snow removal and ice management during winter months
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual scope of work
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Horticultural Studies, Construction, Landscape, Applied Technology, or Construction Management
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Driver's Abstract
