Job Title: Grounds Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our commercial properties, ensuring that our crews work with the utmost care and efficiency to reflect our high standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple commercial sites throughout the Brantford to London area.
  • Oversee the maintenance of parking lots, outdoor spaces, and other exterior areas.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets.
  • Supervise and train grounds-keeping crews.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driver's Abstract.
  • Degree or diploma in Horticultural Studies, Construction, Landscape, Applied Technology, or Construction Management (an asset).
