Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at IN THE SIX IMMIGRATION INC. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including statistical and accounting reports, to support business decision-making.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
Work Environment

As a Bookkeeper at IN THE SIX IMMIGRATION INC, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to maintain attention to detail and work efficiently to meet the needs of the business.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
