- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and familiarity with insurance regulations and licensing processes.
- Education: Post-secondary program, preferably in a field related to business administration or insurance.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both French and English to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders in both languages.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and licensing evaluation.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and diplomacy with sensitive information, ensuring discretion and professionalism.
- Collaboration: Independent and Team Player with excellent collaborative skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to ever-changing business demands in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: 3 days from office, 2 days from home, with the option to work remotely.
- Competitive Salary: Depending on experience, the salary range is $55,000-$60,000 annually.
