Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our Sales and Internet Team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and complete the sale of new and pre-owned vehicles with exceptional customer service
  • Provide expert assistance in regards to vehicle selection, product attributes, model differences, features, purchase/finance options, and dealership policies/services
  • Take pride in your work and contribute to a positive environment
  • Be reliable and responsible
  • Implement processes taught and preferred by the Sales Managers
  • Stay knowledgeable and current with competitive products and GM Pro Certification
  • Stay busy at all times with customer follow-up

Requirements

  • Previous commission sales experience is an asset but not a prerequisite
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Solid basic computing skills and knowledge, as well as the ability to use social media sites
  • Bring your ambition and great attitude, and we'll help with the rest

About the Role

This is a full-commission position where strong work ethic and performance could earn you over $100,000 per year. A guaranteed salary of $3,500 per month is provided for the first 6 months.

Experience

VSA (required). Greg Gardner GM will assist in obtaining your license.
