The Office Coordinator will assist the General Manager and the Operations team at our fulfillment center. The successful candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing confidential information. They must also be adaptable to shifting workloads and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee expense documentation for the General Manager, senior management, and personal expenditures
  • Organize schedules, events, meetings, and conferences
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, email correspondence, and document preparation
  • Support travel logistics and internal communications
  • Collaborate with vendors for the upkeep of the fulfillment center
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and team objectives
  • Work in partnership with various teams within the fulfillment center
  • Engage in team-building initiatives and peer recognition programs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional or military experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred educational background includes an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills across diverse groups
