The Office Coordinator will assist the General Manager and the Operations team at our fulfillment center. The successful candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing confidential information. They must also be adaptable to shifting workloads and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee expense documentation for the General Manager, senior management, and personal expenditures
- Organize schedules, events, meetings, and conferences
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, email correspondence, and document preparation
- Support travel logistics and internal communications
- Collaborate with vendors for the upkeep of the fulfillment center
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and team objectives
- Work in partnership with various teams within the fulfillment center
- Engage in team-building initiatives and peer recognition programs
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional or military experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred educational background includes an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills across diverse groups
