Position Overview

As a Food Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of our culinary team at Castlegar Dairy Queen. Your leadership will ensure that our food preparation and service standards are consistently met.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the tasks of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that all food and service adhere to quality control standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Team Management

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
