About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Macao Imperial Tea. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands
  • Portion and wrap foods accurately and efficiently
  • Take customers' orders and serve them in a timely manner
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure adequate inventory
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely and responsibly
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for food service
Work Environment

As a Food Counter Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
