Key Responsibilities:
  • Frame and install wood structures, including walls, floors, and roofs, to ensure accurate and efficient construction.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality finishes.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, Indigenous people, and mature workers, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Work 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract, and communicate effectively in English.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in framing and carpentry.
  • Participation in programs that support newcomers, Indigenous people, and mature workers.
