Brand and Campaign Strategist

The After Sales Communications Specialist plays a pivotal role in crafting, executing, and overseeing marketing and communication strategies. This position is essential for the successful introduction of new initiatives and the upkeep of digital platforms. Acting as a primary product authority for After Sales, the Specialist ensures alignment with market demands while enhancing the positioning of products and services within the sector, thereby fostering brand recognition, business expansion, and an improved customer journey.
Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to the Manager of Retail After Sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Brand Enhancement: Elevate and advocate for all After Sales brands across various channels through cohesive themes, innovative campaigns, and strategic positioning.
- Campaign Execution: Design and implement marketing initiatives, including detailed briefs and action plans across multiple platforms—digital, print, and social media—to effectively engage target audiences and meet marketing objectives.
- Content Development: Generate compelling content for diverse platforms, including websites, social media, and promotional materials. Ensure consistency with brand identity and relevance to customers, focusing on brands and channels such as Kia Service, Kia Genuine Parts, Kia Certified Technicians, Kia Protect, Kia Accessories, Kia Tire Experts, and Kia Collection.
- Digital Strategy: Revamp website design to align with brand and communication strategies. Maintain up-to-date website content and assist with social media, SEO, advertising, and email marketing efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside various teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall brand standards and business goals, promoting initiatives like Kia Service, Kia Protect, and Kia Accessories.
- Stakeholder Support: Partner with other After Sales stakeholders to formulate an annual business strategy and tactics, including programs like Kia Customer Direct, contests such as the Parts & Service Challenge, and incentives like Win-Back customers.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage agencies, contractors, and print vendors in the production of promotional materials. Ensure effective communication, planning, and tracking.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Utilize data to assess ROI and refine marketing strategies.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in marketing communications and related fields, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Education: A university degree is preferred; at least a college diploma in a business-related discipline is required.
- Essential Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills, exceptional communication abilities, critical thinking, and analytical reporting skills.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in French is an asset.
