About the Role:

The Senior User Acquisition Strategist at Snaplii plays a crucial role in driving our mission to strengthen and expand our market footprint across the United States. What You Will Do:

  • Formulate and execute data-informed strategies to attract new users through diverse channels, including digital marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships with relevant brands.
  • Generate high-quality user leads through targeted initiatives and convert them into active platform users, emphasizing user engagement and retention.
  • Design, create, and oversee innovative and captivating advertising campaigns across various platforms to stimulate user growth, engagement, and brand recognition.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive assessments to uncover growth opportunities, emerging trends, and potential partnerships within the Canadian Fintech and e-commerce sectors.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the success of growth initiatives, refine campaigns, and make data-driven choices to enhance user acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the user onboarding experience, enhance user satisfaction, and develop tailored marketing campaigns to boost user engagement and loyalty.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in driving user growth in a comparable role within the Fintech, e-commerce, or digital wallet sectors, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the U.S. market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances, with the capability to create customized strategies to expand the U.S. user base.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Innovative problem solver with a passion for exploring new ideas and pushing the limits of digital strategies.
  • Creative thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and community engagement.
