We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Care Specialist to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As an Auto Advisor, you will play a key role in advising new and existing clients on how to best protect their assets when it comes to automobile insurance.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and automobile dealership representatives to provide exceptional customer service.
- Creatively offer a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more.
- Upsell and cross-sell other insurance products from our other departments to increase revenue and provide comprehensive solutions for our clients.
- Perform administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, inventory restocking, and maintaining accurate records.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Level 2 Insurance License is required.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- A competitive salary range of $41,000.00 to $48,000.00, depending on experience and location.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses and commissions.
