Role Overview
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in analyzing business performance, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current business performance and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct data analysis and develop recommendations to improve productivity and profitability.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in operations and logistics engineering or industrial engineering, in progress.
- Bilingualism in French and English, with intermediate-level French required for pan-Canadian communications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a natural ability to understand and interpret data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
