About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team at Global Pet Foods Manning Crossing. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our pet food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their pet food needs, providing advice and recommendations on our products.
  • Merchandise Management: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our pet food products, including features, benefits, and ingredients.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Retail business environment.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
