About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at Nsg Security Ltd. as a Retail Protection Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce Regulations and Maintain Order

As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for enforcing regulations and maintaining order in our retail establishments. This includes monitoring establishment activities, resolving conflicts, and preventing and detecting shoplifting and theft.

Patrol Assigned Areas

You will be required to patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of our customers and employees.

Prevent and Detect Shoplifting and Theft

As a Retail Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for preventing and detecting shoplifting and theft in our retail establishments.

Resolve Conflict Situations

You will be required to resolve conflict situations in a professional and courteous manner.

Ensure Safety Procedures are Followed

You will be responsible for ensuring that safety procedures are followed in our retail establishments.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate

You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience an Asset

Experience in a security or retail environment is an asset.

Relocation Costs Covered by Employer

Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.

Work Term: Permanent

This is a permanent position.

Work Language: English

The work language is English.

Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
