Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Guard to join our team at Hero Security Company Ltd. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol Assigned Areas: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to prevent and detect shoplifting and theft.
  • Produce Reports: Accurately document and report any incidents or suspicious activity.
  • Prevent and Detect Shoplifting: Utilize your skills and training to prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments.
  • Work Site Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer service and security.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses: Security Guard License.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Physically demanding. Standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication. Judgement. Reliability. Team player.
