Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and prepared for peak periods.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring that adequate coverage is maintained during busy periods.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Prepare and submit reports, providing management with key performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
