Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are a global leader in the apparel industry, committed to sustainability and social responsibility. Our brands are known for their quality and style, and we are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role based in our Markham office, requiring three days of in-office work per week. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning business and HR strategies to drive results across our wholesale, retail, franchise, and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the US & Canada Leadership Team to set objectives and ensure seamless integration of Canadian business goals.
  • Lead talent planning, talent acquisition, and learning & development initiatives to build a strong, diverse workforce and cultivate future leaders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive and engaging work environment through effective communication, policies, and practices.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and development to your HRBP Manager and lead your team in delivering top-notch HR solutions and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on Canadian HR regulations and partner with the legal team to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in HR leadership with a strong understanding of talent management, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Experience building and leading HR teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner strategically with business leaders to achieve common goals.
  • Passion for building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Commitment to being in the office 3 days a week for collaboration.
