Closet Factory - Toronto Central is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager of In-Home Salespeople to lead our talented team of sales professionals.

For over 40 years, Closet Factory has been renowned for crafting exceptional, custom solutions for every room in our clients' homes. We are looking for a charismatic leader with proven experience developing and executing innovative strategies for a commission-based sales force.

As the Manager of In-Home Salespeople, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and exceeding company objectives. Your passion for leadership, coupled with your expertise in sales management, will empower our team to achieve new heights of success.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Guide the team to consistently surpass sales targets, including new sales orders, closing ratios, and average order size.
  • Enhance the customer relationship skills of the sales team, fostering strong client connections and building lasting relationships.
  • Cultivate a culture of self-generated business within the team, encouraging proactive lead generation and market penetration.
  • Develop a high-performing sales team by providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to individual team members.
  • Spearhead the recruitment, training, and retention of top sales talent, ensuring a pipeline of skilled professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Owner and management team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and drive growth initiatives.
Your Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of proven experience managing sales teams in a commission-based environment.
  • A strong track record of personal sales success, demonstrating your ability to consistently exceed targets.
  • Experience in the home improvement industry is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce CRM is an asset.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering precise follow-through on all client interactions.
