About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Officer to join our team at Royal Stouffville Golf Course. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our property, ensuring that all aspects of our facilities are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Supervise Staff: You will be responsible for hiring and supervising rental agents and building superintendents, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and experience to perform their duties effectively.
  • Lease Administration: You will ensure that all lease agreements are met, and that all necessary documentation is up to date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contract Management: You will prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, and ensure that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Facilities Management: You will coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Financial Management: You will monitor the progress and cost of work for property owners, and compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
  • Reporting: You will prepare expense and income reports, and ensure that all necessary financial information is accurate and up to date.
  • Client Communication: You will ensure that all clients and tenants are responded to in a timely and professional manner, and that all issues are resolved efficiently.
