Key Responsibilities- Hire and Supervise Staff: You will be responsible for hiring and supervising rental agents and building superintendents, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and experience to perform their duties effectively.
- Lease Administration: You will ensure that all lease agreements are met, and that all necessary documentation is up to date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Contract Management: You will prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, and ensure that all necessary procedures are followed.
- Facilities Management: You will coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Financial Management: You will monitor the progress and cost of work for property owners, and compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
- Reporting: You will prepare expense and income reports, and ensure that all necessary financial information is accurate and up to date.
- Client Communication: You will ensure that all clients and tenants are responded to in a timely and professional manner, and that all issues are resolved efficiently.
- Client Focus: You will have a strong focus on providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all clients are satisfied with the level of service they receive.
- Dependability: You will be reliable and dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Interpersonal Skills: You will have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, tenants, and staff.
