Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at ROWDY'S BIRD RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during peak hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide guidance on customer service and conflict resolution.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance, helping us to identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods, with a physically demanding work environment.
