About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front End Supervisor to join our team at MA STUDIO. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our merchandise management department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to sales team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payment requests to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to procure new inventory and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service and promote sales floor products to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising insights, and personnel metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate stock levels, manage inventory turnover, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor environment.
Supervision
  • Team Size: 1-2 direct reports
  • Staffing: Supervise sales team members in various areas of responsibility.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced sales floor environment with frequent customer interactions.

  • Work Term: Permanent position with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.
