Position Overview

As a Front End Operations Supervisor at MA STUDIO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of our sales team. Your leadership will ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
  • Authorize payments and manage financial transactions.
  • Oversee merchandise ordering and inventory management.
  • Authorize returns and handle customer inquiries.
  • Drive sales by actively engaging with customers.
  • Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance and staffing.
  • Address and resolve any operational issues, including customer complaints and supply challenges.
  • Maintain an organized inventory system.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals across various functions.

Work Environment
