Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at All Equip Repair. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Place orders with multiple suppliers for parts, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory levels.
  • Inventory Control: Receive and verify incoming orders, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper storage and organization of parts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports to management on inventory status, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide technicians with general parts knowledge and assistance, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of parts to customers.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels to prevent shortages, and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as an inventory coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in the heavy truck/manufacturing industry is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and office software.
  • Knowledge of different types and sizes of parts, including metric and imperial measurements, is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate inventory management.
