About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to join our team at Soucy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services from procurement to delivery. Your expertise will be crucial in driving efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations and improve logistics efficiency
  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company standards
