About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Analyst/Analyst, Strategy & Operations to join our team at Aritzia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and optimizing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to evaluate opportunities, propose plans, and ensure the optimal execution of sales driving, profit maximizing, and expansion initiatives.
- Design and optimize operating models to build or refine the structure of the organization, ensuring seamless integration with day-to-day operations.
- Design and implement standard tools required for teams to operate, including frameworks, reference materials, templates, toolkits, and more.
- Support the design or optimization of programs that enable the business to scale, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate optimized infrastructure into the day-to-day operations of the business.
Qualifications
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in business administration or a related field.
- Consulting experience is an asset, as is experience with business strategy and/or integration roadmap development.
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles.
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
Compensation
The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
