Medical Oncologist/Hematologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join our team at BC Cancer, a leading cancer care organization in British Columbia. As a key member of our multidisciplinary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting research, and participating in educational activities.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position at our Abbotsford Centre, where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and growing healthcare team. You will be expected to be part of a collaborative care team committed to excellence, participate in clinical, research, administrative, and educational activities, and contribute to the development of our cancer care programs.

Requirements
  • Fellowship standing in the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine
  • Certificate of Special Competence in Medical Oncology or Hematology
  • Interest/expertise in lymphoma/myeloma
  • Eligibility for licensing with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of British Columbia
  • Meet the requirements of credentialing by the Professional Advisory Committee of BC Cancer
  • Eligible for a clinical appointment in the Division of Medical Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the University of British Columbia
